Lunch is Served

Lunches like today just remind me how quick and simple things can be, while still nutritious, fun, and delicious. It doesn't get much easier than this, which was devoured on the couch while watching Little Einsteins! Yum!

Tuna salad, dill pickle, carrots, plum, celery, crackers, cheddar and Swiss cheese.
