Rainbow Fiesta

I know, I know.. it's Cinco de Mayo, and I'm making rainbows. But, with all the rain and sunshine we've been getting lately, rainbows are on my mind. Besides, I had a little bit of that and a little bit of this left over to use up, so why not? I could loosely link the rainbows with the idea of a fiesta and bright colors I suppose. Either way, rainbows it is!

Red watermelon, orange canteloupe, green and purple grapes, cottage cheese with rainbow sprinkles, yellow bell pepper, smoked turkey w/ ranch in the blue container (best I could manage for blue at the moment), toasted pita bread.
